As part of my consulting practice, I am developing a technology plan for our local library. Part of this process is research into current best practices and legal requirements to ensure that the tech plan addresses those areas necessary for the library to have access to the wide range of E-Rate and grant funding available to them. I have begun to compile these resources in my Diigo and del.icio.us accounts using the library and swl-library tags.

- State of NH Library with a detailed PDF entitled Writing A Library Technology Plan: Assistance for New Hampshire Libraries. Note that there is a problem with the PDF and the last six pages which outline a library tech plan for the town of Chesterfield do not print.
