- Directed the activities of the Desktop Support, Classroom Technology, WebCT™ and Multimedia Center divisions.
- Coordinated the campus user support (Help Desk) & residential networking (ResNet) programs providing quality, on-demand service and support for a campus serving 4,500+ students and 1,000+ faculty/staff.
- Developed integrated support structures to enhance the efforts of our MIS, Systems and Telecommunications teams.
